His contribution to education has been commendable as the Chairman of the Rajkot Nagar Prathamik Shikshan Samiti. He has taken personal interest for underprivileged children and provided them with best quality food,education,uniform,books,infrastructure facilities and ensured that each child gets not only good education but turns out to be excellent human being with overall development targets in mind. He has also played a very active role in many social welfare groups and is associated with many groups for the social upliftment of children and adults.

They are sons of Mr.K.N.Jani who established Murlidhar Educational Campus starting with the primary school in 1963 and the higher secondary school in 1995. Headed by Darshit Jani and his brother Niren Jani it currently has around 3000 students form playhouse to std.12. In there Leadership the institution has added many feathers in its cap and is one of the leading educational campus in Rajkot. He manages the Sinhar Secondrary School, which was among the top ten school in the district in the board in its first year and Sanskar Primary School, University Road, Rajkot which is the first school to hold a Science Fair in Rajkot. He has a special talent to uplift students who are weak at studies and runs a successful remedial program in his schools. His love and care for students is noticeable in the respect they shower on him.
